I currently am using the Canon 1D MK II N as my main body with the Canon Rebel XTI as secondary
The Canon 100-400 F/4.5-5.6 is my workhorse lens
The Canon 70-200 f/2.8 IS This is the sharpest lens I own and is terrific for low light indoor telephoto work
Canon 24-70 F/2.8
Despite it's rave reviews this has been the lens that I am least enamored with. Not that it has any bad flaws just not as outstanding as I had hoped.
Sigma 50-500mm "Bigma"
I very much like this lens and think it represents a bargain tool for the serious photographer.  You can read my short review here.
Sigma 12-24mm f/4.5-5.6 DG HSM
Don't be fooled this lens is a great performer for it's extreme wide angle ratings.  Very low distortion (lower than the older canon 20-35mm 2.8) Sharpness is fair however the usfulness of this lens is outstanding.
Excellent for use with the 1d MKII

Canon 35-350mm
This older canon lens has become one of my most used lenses.  It has a great range with pretty reasonable close focusing distance allowing some nice macro shots.

Update! I now have replaced the 35-305 with the Canon 28-300 IS L
Canon Rebel XT I
Tamron AF18-200mm F/3.5-6.3 XR Di II
This is a very handy little walk around lens built for the APS C sensors like the Canon Rebel XT or XTI.  I use it exclusively on an XTI body for a small SLR camera package that is ready for just about any photographic opportunity.
Tamron AF28-300mm F/3.5-6.3 XR Di I use this lens for the same purpose as above but it does not have the wide end but more zoom on the top.
Canon EF 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6L IS USM
Yes this is an expensive but I find it well worth it.  It has image stabilization and a outstandingly useful range.  It resides on my 1D MK II N most of the time because I find that I have most of the range I need for widely varying subject mater.
Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM
Resonably priced macro lens with near "L" quality in the image.
Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM
This is a great low light indoor lens with a medium focal length.
